We begin with the property, its proportions, the intended use and the client’s taste. Furniture, lighting, textiles, art and accessories are selected as one interior rather than as a list of unrelated purchases.
From teaspoon to sofa
The one-bedroom package includes essential furniture, a TV and TV unit, beds and linen, towels, lighting supply, rugs, art, decoration, plants and a complete kitchen inventory — including a kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
Delivery, styling and exclusions
Delivery and final styling are included. IVA and all assembly or installation are excluded, including fitting furniture, curtains and ceiling lights. Curtains, appliances, terrace furniture and safety equipment are also outside the standard package unless quoted separately.
Starting price and timing
A one-bedroom furniture package starts at €6,900 excluding IVA and assembly. A complete interior usually takes around two months, depending on the brief, availability and lead times.
