For private sellers and estate agents, we prepare occupied or empty properties for photography, listing and viewings. We work with what is already there and add rented furniture and styling pieces where they create more impact.

Clear, rearrange & style
We declutter, reorganise and restyle the home ourselves, using the existing furniture wherever possible.
Made for this interior
Artwork, cushions, plants and other decorative pieces are supplied on a three-month rental basis, with transport included. Artwork can be created to suit the interior.
Furniture & finishing work
Where needed, we can arrange rental sofas, dining sets and other furniture. Small repairs and painting can also be organised.
Photography & presentation
We provide the professional photographer and, when required, floor plans, drone video and an exclusive presentation of the property.
Furniture, beds, curtains and rugs are not included in the staging package. These, along with repairs and painting, are quoted separately. Simple staging can usually be completed within two weeks, depending on your requirements.

A coordinated interior for a one-bedroom apartment, with furniture, artwork and everyday essentials. Personally selected and styled for your property.
One-bedroom apartment from€6,900Excluding VAT (IVA) and all assembly and installation. Delivery and styling included.
Quantities, models and specifications are agreed in the quotation. Allow approximately two months, depending on your requirements and lead times. A furniture package does not guarantee a rental licence: requirements are checked separately for each property.

01Are your interiors always bold and colourful?+
No. I do not work to one fixed style. Your taste, the space and how you use it shape the design. A calm, understated interior can be just as personal as a colourful one.
02Can you use my existing furniture?+
Yes. Good pieces do not need replacing. We look at what can stay, what needs a different position and what is missing, so the budget goes towards changes that make a difference.
03Where do you work, and who do you work with?+
I am based in Marbella and work on interior projects worldwide for homeowners, estate agents and business owners. Staging, rentals, transport and on-site work outside Marbella and the Costa del Sol are agreed for each location; local package prices do not automatically apply worldwide.
04Do I need to be in Spain?+
No. We can discuss your brief and proposals remotely. I coordinate the agreed work, deliveries and styling locally, so you do not need to travel for every stage.
05Can you help with a smaller project?+
Yes. You can ask for styling or a focused change as well as a complete interior. We first discuss what the space needs and which approach fits your budget.
06Do you also coordinate the work?+
Alongside design, I can coordinate sourcing, delivery, installation and final styling. Where needed, we arrange small repairs or painting. We agree which parts are included in your project before starting.
07What happens after I enquire?+
I personally discuss your ideas, location, budget and preferred timing. Photos and a floor plan help me understand the space. We then agree the next step and you receive a tailored proposal.
08Is the initial consultation free?+
Yes, the initial consultation is always free. We discuss your ideas, budget and timing before you decide on a project.
